Prototype a navigable student profile that aggregates academic, formative and contextual data.

Phase 3 — Build & Assessment Diagnostics
Construct initial dashboards and assess existing evaluation systems for alignment.

Phase 4 — AI Readiness & Refinement
Diagnose how AI can support teachers and prepare a roadmap for pilot implementations.

Phase 5 — Consolidation & Roadmap
Deliver final documentation and the operational roadmap to scale the Innovation Area.
